The following regulations are supplementary to the statutory right of withdrawal and do not restrict it.
Returning items
Not satisfied with your order? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (or for pre-orders, within 14 days of receiving the pre-ordered items).
Items must have only been worn for fitting purposes and must be returned unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation with the return and state whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Exchanging items
If the ordered size does not fit, we will gladly exchange the shoes for a different size, provided they are in unworn condition.
Exchanges are only possible for items at full retail price.
For new models or colors, we ask you to return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original payment.
Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 calendar days of receiving the return.

Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany and across Europe.
Our shipping network is continuously expanding to offer our service to even more countries in the future.
Shipping Costs:
Within Germany, shipping costs are €4.95 per order.
For orders over €149, we deliver free of charge within Germany. This applies to non-discounted items.
For deliveries within Europe, we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.95 per order.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time is approximately 10-15 business days.
Please note: Our products are individually handmade upon receipt of order. After completion, they are shipped from Sweden to us and then forwarded to you. This special manufacturing process ensures the highest quality and uniqueness – but requires a little more time.

- Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to delivery delays.
- Changes after order completion are only possible to a limited extent, as production begins immediately upon receipt.
