The following regulations are supplementary to the statutory right of withdrawal and do not restrict it.
Returning items
Not satisfied with your order? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (or for pre-orders, within 14 days of receiving the pre-ordered items).
Items must have only been worn for fitting purposes and must be returned unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation with the return and state whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Exchanging items
If the ordered size does not fit, we will gladly exchange the shoes for a different size, provided they are in unworn condition.
Exchanges are only possible for items at full retail price.
For new models or colors, we ask you to return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original payment.
Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 calendar days of receiving the return.

Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany and throughout Europe.
Our shipping network is continuously expanding to offer our service to even more countries in the future.
Shipping Costs:
Within Germany, shipping costs are €4.95 per order.
For orders over €149, delivery within Germany is free of charge. Applies to non-reduced items.
For deliveries throughout Europe, we charge a flat shipping rate of €11.95 per order.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time is approx. 10-15 business days.
Please note: Our products are individually handcrafted upon order. Once completed, they are shipped to us from Sweden and then forwarded to you. This special manufacturing process ensures the highest quality and uniqueness – but it does require a little more time.

- Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to delivery delays.
- Changes after order completion are only possible to a limited extent, as production begins immediately after receipt.
